Please read the return policy carefully.
We operate on a limited return policy since most of the products are made to order. Hence, it is important that you understand the cases under which a return is acceptable.
Our returns policy lasts 10 days and we offer only an exchange for the products that are eligible for returns.
If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Acceptable Returns
Not all orders are eligible for returns. Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects. The following are covered or, considered as manufacturing defects –
- Misprinting
- Damaged Items Sent
- Defective Items Sent
- Items Lost in Shipment
- Broken Products Received
Ineligible Returns
Please note that in the below cases there will be no returns accepted and no refunds.
- Changed mind
- Size and fit issue
- Colors not to your liking
- Does not like the item
In these cases, there won’t be any returns or, refunds.
How to Return your Product
To complete your return, you will have to send an email to shop@thepodcastinguniversity.com along with a few pictures of the damage or, the manufacturing defect in your product.
Once we verify and confirm the issue, we will let you know how to proceed with the returns.
Please do not send your purchase back before we confirm on the returns. In such cases we do not take the responsibility of shipping it back to you or, arranging for refunds.
No returns or, exchanges will be done in the below cases –
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Refunds
No refunds are issued. We will only be exchanging the damaged products with the exact same product.Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@thepodcastinguniversity.com within 10 days of delivery of the item along with the pictures showing the damages or, defects.Shipping returns
Returns are to be done only after we confirm the same. We will then notify you of the process to follow to return the products.In the event of a return, you will have to bear the cost of the return and we will later reimburse the same to you. You can send us a scanned copy of the waybill so that the amount can be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
